Zum 10-jährigen Bestehen der Raumfahrtausstellung fand am Sonntag, 14. Oktober 2018 ein Raumfahrt Aktionstag im Technik Museum Speyer statt. Geboten wurden Vorträge, Filmvorführungen und Aktionsstände rund um das Thema Raumfahrt. Als Ehrengäste waren Apollo 13 Astronaut Fred Haise sowie die deutschen Astronauten Thomas Reiter und Ulf Merbold vor Ort und zogen die Besucher mit Vorträgen in ihren Bann.
